Montgomery's WAY-FM is making a difference your community. - October saw Casting Crowns come to the Sommet Center where a nearly sold-out crowd of 8,000 WAY-FM listeners joined them for a night of awesome music and worship.
- When tornados struck the Murfreesboro area of Middle Tennessee, WAY-FM listeners just like you helped by donating unused gift cards to those who lost everything. Something as simple as a nice dinner helped lift the spirits of many people affected by the storms.
- In September, WAY-FM partnered with First Priority to encourage middle school and high school kids to meet and pray before school during SEE YOU AT THE POLE.
- In December, WAY-FM teamed up with EMI Records and artist Matthew West on a simple concept we called “Give This Christmas Away.” Listeners responded with ideas on ways each of us could give back to our community and change our world with God’s love. From giving through organizations like Operation Christmas Child and the Salvation Army, to making Christmas cards for senior citizens and toy donations to groups like Toys for Tots, hundreds joined the movement to remind others that Christmas is about so much more than the gifts we receive.
- Simply put, “Give This Christmas Away” was an opportunity to spread the importance of giving; meeting the needs of others and seeing beyond our own needs this past Christmas season. If you and your family participated, thank you so much for helping to spread the word on this simple idea.

 Let's suppose for a moment these 100,000 race fans represent the 100,000 listeners tuning in to WAY-FM in a given week. Just like these fans, if you're listening to WAY-FM on Wednesday and Thursday of this week, you'll be witnessing a “500 mile” race of your own, a fundraiser we've dubbed the “Race to 500.” The Race to 500 is a simple, two-day fundraiser. Steve Tuzeneu Joins WAY-FM Engineering Team

WAY-FM and World Vision Produce National Tour with Matthew West and Sanctus Real
(Colorado Springs, CO) WAY-FM and World Vision announce a national tour featuring Matthew West and Sanctus Real, with special guest Jason Gray. The tour will kick off January 28 in Charleston, SC and will travel to a total of 12 WAY-FM radio markets, finishing up in Denver, CO on February 20.
